I’m looking for a friendly and easygoing roommate to share my 2 bed, 2 bath high rise in the heart of downtown. Available May 1st. The apartment is on the 26th floor with unobstructed views of English Bay and Granville Island, so you get incredible sunsets every night and front row seats to the fireworks during the Festival of Lights. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, unfurnished, plus access to the pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym.

Who I’m looking for Ideally you’re in your late 20s or early 30s, a working professional, and someone who takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean and is respectful of each other’s time and space. It’s great if you’re friendly and open to hanging out once in a while, but also comfortable doing your own thing. No couples, no smoking, no pets. The space

Rent is $1,750 per month including all utilities, high speed internet, and a shared cleaner for common areas. Move-in is May 1st, with some flexibility on timing if needed. I’m looking for someone who wants to stay long term, with the first six months as a chance for both of us to make sure it’s a great fit.

I’m in my early 30s, work in real estate, and live an active lifestyle. I’m a runner training for ultras, love skiing and hiking, and spend a lot of time outdoors. At home I enjoy making coffee on my espresso machine, watching NFL, or relaxing after a run. I mostly work from home but sometimes go into my office in Yaletown. Home is generally quiet, though I do have friends over now and then.
