Moving out this month, so I’m looking for someone to take over the lease! This is a private room in the top floor of a 2-story house on Frances & Willingdon. The house is split-level, so 3 bedrooms and a kitchen are upstairs. Downstairs is currently unoccupied, but the laundry room is on the first level and would be shared with the whole house.

There’s a large garage for storage space, as well as a covered back patio, and a parking space (included in the rent). Street parking is also usually available.

Water & trash are included in rent, heat & internet aren’t, so utilities average about $100 a month.

Photos show my room as it currently is, full bed and desk + chair can be included if you want!

The house is in a very cute neighborhood! 🌳 It’s only a 4-minute walk to Safeway and R5 bus stops, and a 20-minute bus to Brentwood Station. Plenty of other shops and parks within walking distance as well.

I’m a student at SFU who’s been living in this apartment since the start of the year. I’m moving in with my partner soon, so I’m looking for someone to take over the lease!

There’s 2 other roommates, Laura and Asikim, both very lovely people who are usually out most of the day working. The bathroom is shared with Laura, the kitchen, living room, etc. is shared with both of them.

Women and/or LGBTQ+ people are preferred.
