About the room
Furnished room (beddings included), table/desk with lamp, shared washroom, kitchen and laundry. The rent is $1,000.00/month which includes utilities and Wi-Fi.
House is 24 minutes walk to UFV-Abbotsford and 10 min drive to Airport-Abbotsford. It is very close to highway 1, McCallum Junction Commercial Centre, city bus stop to/from UFV and bus exchange to Chilliwack and Vancouver.
A simple gym is available on-site for light workouts; the landlord assumes no liability for its use.
While we do weekly upkeep of shared areas, we also ask you to be responsible and clean up after yourself especially in the shared areas.
About the roomies
Shared washroom with just one other young male renter in the basement; kitchen and living room is shared with one additional male student.
