ROOM ONLY November 1st availability, looking for a phenomenal roommate to join our phenomenal brood. The room available is a furnished, very large master bedroom that has its own 3 piece ensuite, walk-in closet, and built-in fireplace. All utilities are included, as is high-speed internet and one parking space. Separate entrance for the upper borders with the possibility of a small area to be used for storage. We have a really good vibe going on in our home and prefer to have someone who does not drink excessively or partake in illegal drugs. Should you be a smoker or be 420 friendly, we would ask that smoking is done off property. We have one very affectionate cat and one very affectionate Daniff in the home and we are at capacity with pets. The kitchen is shared and comes with your own dishes, silverware and glassware with the sharing of appliances and pots and pans between the three of you. Should you be interested in viewing this room please tell me a little bit about yourself and when you’re looking to come aboard, then we will set something up. A reduction in rent may be considered if you work in a industry that has you away for short time frames.
