About the room
2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, shared shower. 5 min walk to subway. Very convenient location. Parking can be arranged for $50/month. I also have storage locker for an extra $50/month. I keep a very clean space, looking for someone who is clean. My roomate is still here until May 5th so photos right now are unavailable. It is a very cozy, well kept condo in a safe area.

I am down to earth, respect is everything and integrity. I live a quiet lifestyle and am very active. I do prefer a mature woman 40+ but will make exception for a mature, good hearted younger person
