This room is on the second floor. There’s a twin bed, two nightstands with an electrical port, and a vanity. There is also a cupboard to store clothes and other items. The room has a separate lock and key. The shared bathroom is on the second floor along with the two other bedrooms. One room is mine. There’s a shared kitchen and living room on the main floor. If you smoke there’s a fenced patio in the back, and the washer and dryer is in the basement. All utilities and wifi are included in the rent. Location is about a 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you up to Portage and directly to Polo Park. Parking is an extra $50.

I’m 33 and live alone with my 3 cats. I work part time. I’m usually relaxing in my room or in the basement .
