The first room pictured is $1,025 a month and can include a bed with frame, grey desk, side table and chair for an extra $100 OBO. Ready to rent by May 1st.

The second room is $1,000 a month and will be cleared out and ready to rent by June 1st. Includes a closet located in the shared hallway.
