Close to Iris bus station, making commuting easy. Room comes furnished with bed, desk, dresser and mini fridge. Room is in basement, which is semi private. Basement does have small kitchen and bathroom which is shared with other rooms.

House is a bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the upstairs portion with my husband and 5yr old son. We have a small dog and cat. The basement is separate from the upstairs space however we do utilize the laundry room. We have been renting to students for 4 years which is how long we’ve owned the home. The previous owner also rented the basement rooms to students. Other roommate is quiet and has been living here just under a year.
