hi everyone! my roommates and I are looking for 1 girl to fill 1 room in our 4 bedroom house ASAP for a 1 year lease starting May 1st 2026! The room is $878 plus utilities and wifi and the kitchen, living room, bathrooms (1 full & 1 half), and laundry are all shared spaces. We are looking for a female who is social, clean, and LGBTQ+ friendly, preferably an upper year/graduate student or young professional. The room also has availability for early move in as early as April 20 at no extra cost! We are a pet friendly home with 3 cats and are not looking to add on animals. We also have 1 parking spot available. We are close to the Stone Road Mall, Zehrs, and No Frills, and are also close to the university, all within a 10 minute drive and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop for the 7, 58U, and 52U. We are a group of young professionals (21-25) who are quiet but also like to spend time crafting together and hanging out (you might have to watch The Office with us we love it). We are all part of the LGBTQ so would prefer someone at least accepting.
