I’m open to a mixed gender environment although I’d prefer all females. I’m a very understanding, cooperative and amicable person, hoping to find the same. I have two cats who are adorable and friendly, I assure that I keep up with their maintenance. A key requirement for me is a quiet place during sleeping/working hours, organized living with everyone willing to maintain the place but other than that a warm and friendly environment.
