About the room
Looking for a female roommate to join our cozy 3-bedroom apartment starting as early as May 1! Unit is available as a summer sublet with the option to be added to the lease.
Room comes empty but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, including stainless steel kitchen appliances and a washer/dryer in-unit. Common space and bedroom both get lots of natural light - great for plants!
Water is included in rent, heat/power and wifi are separate. Wifi is ~$30 each per month, power varies by season but averages around $70-90 each every two months.
Very conveniently located! The apartment is on Wellington St; approx. 5 min walk from SMU, 10-15 min walk from Dal Studley campus, <5 min walk to many major bus routes (4, 7, 10, 24). Super central - 10 mins from Sobeys/NSLC, 15 mins from Spring Garden, and easy bus access to most of the city.
Parking available for an additional cost, can be arranged with the landlord. Maintenance has been fantastic and very quick to come fix any issues. Property is managed by PEJK.
About the roomies
We are two third-year Dal students looking for someone chill, clean, and friendly to join our apartment! We are both very studious, as we are in applied computer science and biology/law, justice, and society, but we also both love a fun night with wine and friends.
