Clean and modern 2-bedroom condo at Cinema Tower. The unit is fully furnished with a sofa, dining set, and a Nespresso machine. You’re welcome to use my kitchenware and appliances—just please clean up after use and handle them with care. Bedroom Options: • Primary Bedroom ($1,500+): Queen bed, desk, ergonomic chair. • Second Bedroom: Twin bed, walk-in closet, desk, ergonomic chair. • Note: I’m currently in the primary but am open to swapping if you prefer it and have the budget. The rent is negotiable. My priority is simply finding the right person who shares a similar lifestyle and values a clean, peaceful home. If we’re a great match as roommates, I’m happy to be flexible with the price to make it work. I’m quite tidy and usually do a full cleaning every weekend. I’m a working professional in a hybrid role, so I’m home most of the time. I love cooking and staying active—you’ll often find me at the building’s gym or heading to The Well for a Lagree class. I’m very easygoing and respect personal boundaries. We can definitely have a “quiet and independent” roommate relationship, but I’m also totally open to being friends!
