UNIT: Large room available on the 3rd floor of a 3 bedroom house for a female/genderqueer roomie.

LOCATION: 10 minutes walk to Dufferin Subway

PRICE: 1000, All utilities included, including wifi.

RENTAL TERM: Joint tenancy – sharing or joining a lease that is signed with the landlord. The lease term is month to month.

RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current tenant. You will be living with two people in their twenties.

ACCESSIBILITY INFO: Three storey house. 4 steps outside. Another flight of stairs to access the second floor, and another to get to the third floor. Not a scent-free zone. Alcohol allowed. 420-friendly.

NOTE: We are looking for a responsible and communicative person who cleans up after themselves without being reminded. Preferably female/genderqueer. You will be living with two people in their twenties.

• There is a front porch and a backyard with safe bike storage. Dishwasher, In-unit heat, and central air conditioning. There’s a washer and drying rack, but no dryer. Laundromats are close to the house.
