The house is two floors plus unfinished basement, which gives us an enormous amount of storage space! 3 bedrooms and 1 very spacious bathrooms on the 2nd floor with lovely natural light. Kitchen is spacious and has a gas range. Washer & dryer is located in the mud room at the back room behind the kitchen. included. Lovely backyard area ripe for a gardener! BBQ is also on-site. The house is right around the corner from the #22 bus and super close to the Union street bikeway. There is free street parking. Chinatown is a few blocks away with lots of small grocers, with a T&T and No Frills about 20 minutes walking. Lots of cute corner stores and neighborhood cafes within a short walk! Unfortunately, no pets allowed at this time :(
I am a queer man in my mid-30’s working in community health. Bit of a homebody, my evenings are playing board games or other nerdy stuff, but have been branching out lately (pottery classes anyone?). Been really enjoying the Strathcona space and am looking for 2 more people to round out the place! Love doing some communal cooking on the BBQ.
