About the room

Hello! The area is great, quiet, but close to downtown. Lionel Groulx metro is like 3-4 min away, right next to Atwater and the Canal. The apartment is adorable (we luv our balcony). The one thing is that the one window in that room is a skylight, but the report from the roomie moving out is that the room is still very bright and luminous. Also, washer/dryer in unit + dishwasher. (PS move in date is semi flexible)

About the roomies

We are 3 close friends, all queer women, we have a cat and good vibes:) We are all students at Concordia, 2 of us graduate this year tho.
