It’s a quiet apartment complex the building is well insulated so only ever hear the upstairs walking about some of the time or kids running in the hall. Close to country club and the bus stops parking is assigned and I believe cost extra will ask on request as well. laundry is in the building and uses an app or card connected to account. non smoking but has a smoking area at far end of the complex the room is about 90 square feet can fit a queen sized bed no problem and a shared kitchen unfortunately no cats or dogs will add photos or send on request waiting for previous roommate to vacate room please excuse the mess in the shared space previous roommate is in the process of moving out

I am fairly quiet and clean I work night shift so unless you do barely see me I’m a gamer and like to keep to myself I’m easy to talk to and willing to listen and work on a better dynamic
