Single private room for $825/mo including all utilities except for internet. The house has a lovely backyard and common areas that are shared amongst roommates. There are 4 beds and 3 baths total, with one bathroom being shared amongst 2 other roommates. Although it may seem like a lot, I personally have never ran into any issues. The house is close to a bus stop and it takes 10 minutes to get to campus, and it is also one stop away from a shopping plaza. We are open to any guests as long as you have informed everyone else beforehand, except for during exam periods.

3 female roommates who are all nice and friendly. We all do our best to keep our shared spaces clean and take time to hang out with one another! Very respectful and organized people who do their part.
