Bed frame available on request. For the room we have two options. One option is a basement room with a shared bathroom with 1 male. The basement room gets good natural light, the window is egress, opens and has black out blinds. This room is photo number 5, or the empty room! This is the room we would prefer to rent out, but if needed we are willing to shift rooms around so you can have a private bathroom. The room with the private bathroom is the 6th photo. The room with the private bathroom is on the main floor and has a sliding door into the backyard. Both bedrooms are very large, spanning almost the entire width of the house. We also have a parking space available included in the price of rent. The WIFI is included, along with all other utilities. We find the WIFI is very fast and have had no issues with it. We have central heating and Air conditioning as well! If you need to store stuff over the summer we have room for that and are happy to accommodate!

The property itself is pretty spacious. In total, there are 7 bedrooms, and besides our personal rooms we use one as a living room with a couch, TV (Roku), and keyboard, and the other for storage. We do have a backyard, but it requires maintenance. We tend to clean it once a year, and this summer intend to clean it up a bit more. The property is located in a row of other town homes, but we share no walls so there is never any noise from other units!

Near the house is a large strip mall with Loblaws, Walmart, Indigo, Winners, and a few restaurants! There is also a Movie Theater, Dollarama, Cannabis store, and even more fast food/casual dining options only a 10 minute walk down Bank Street. The house is a 5-10 minute walk to Greenboro and South Keys station, and it has a bus stop for the 6 just steps out of the door. Taking the 6 bus up Bank street is very easy; we can get to Billings Bridge in 10 minutes, and the heart of the Glebe in 20 (on a good day). The neighbourhood is pretty quiet, with walking paths near by and a outdoor skating rink in the winter.

There are 4 of us staying for the 2026/2027 school year, 2 Female and 2 Males. The 2 females live upstairs. 1 of the males lives on the main floor near the kitchen, another in the basement. 3 of us are going into our 3rd year on the property. We are happy to shift rooms around if you would feel more comfortable having a private bathroom!

We are all university students going into our 4th year. 3 of us go to uOttawa, 1 is a Carleton student. Generally, we are pretty chill. The most commotion our house sees is the occasional Super Bowl / Stanley Cup / World Cup watch party. The house is usually pretty quiet, and we are all pretty focused on our studies. For the most part, we all like to chat while in the shared spaces like the kitchen but we also respect when others are not feeling talkative. We are all very clean and would prefer someone who is the same. We are all in our early 20s and would prefer someone close in age who is also a student.
