We’re looking for a roommate to share our upstairs suite in Gordon Head. The room is private and spacious and has its own ensuite bathroom. The lease would be May 2026-April 2027 with the possibility to extend! Location:

• 5 minute drive/10 minute bike from Uvic
• 2 minute walk from bus stop for 28/27
• 15 minute walk from Thrifty’s
• House backs up onto a park About the house:
• Very spacious split-level house with a kitchen, dining room, and living room
• Dishwasher and ensuite laundry
• Lots of parking in the driveway and on the street
• Large windows and a deck (lots of sun yearround!)
• Gas fireplace

We’ve been living here for 3 years now and are looking for a fourth roommate! Two of us are students at UVic, and one is a recent grad. We all play for the UVic Ultimate Frisbee team and are outdoorsy and social. We’re tidy and respectful of our space and are looking for someone who is like minded. Not a party house but we enjoy having friends over for games and movie nights. We’re looking for someone who is nearing the end of their undergrad or is in their mid-20s.
