About the room
This house in South Keys is in an amazing neighborhood with polite and respectful neighbors. The neighborhood itself has lots of trails and parks, so it’s a really nice place to be in the summer.
It’s a 5 minute walk from the South Keys plaza that has a Walmart, Loblaws and much more. Its a 8-10 minute walk from the line 2 train that takes you straight to Carleton University Campus. Train will get you there in 8-10 minutes as well so the total commute time is never more than 20 minutes.
The room up for rent is a decently spacious room, it comes furnished with a bed frame and a table. It has it’s own private bathroom on the side and it’s really close to the washer and dryer so laundry is very easy to do.
About the roomies
The house will have 5 other University students living in it. We are all incredibly respectful and polite, we all communicate effectively and the house stays comfy and clean.
