Looking for a female professional or student roommate. The room is carpeted, has a window, and gets plenty of natural light, making it a cozy space to make your own (dresser will be removed).

• The space overall is very sunny and welcoming, with access to a yard and parking available at both the front and back of the property.
• The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, and transit is super convenient with quick access to Centre Street, including the MAX Green and #3 bus for an easy commute downtown.
• Superstore and Beddington Centre is also a few minutes walking distance.
• The home is shared with two very friendly Samoyeds, so it’s a great fit for someone who loves dogs! And I can take on one more small-medium sized dog.

Rent is $800/month plus utilities (typically around $100).

I’ve got two super friendly Samoyeds (they’re 4 and 6), so if you love dogs, you’ll probably fit right in. They’re a big part of my day-to-day life, and the house definitely has a bit of fluff, but I stay on top of cleaning. I’m not a big partier - I prefer a calm, relaxed home. I enjoy being outdoors, hanging out with my dogs, and occasionally gaming or just unwinding at home. I’m always happy to chat and be friendly, but I also respect personal space. Looking for someone who’s easygoing, respectful, and just generally good vibes to share the space with :)
