This is 850 ft.² apartment located between the Wellesley College stations. It’s a cute, furnished, roomy space, with lots of natural light. There’s a dishwasher, oven and stove, and laundry is located in the basement. The room we’re looking to sublet is about 120 ft.², furnished with a queen bed, has a very large closet, a large window, and we’ll move in a desk for completing work. It’s located in the heart of the village. There is a balcony, and is in an annexed area so great for being outside this summer. All utilities are included in the rent price.

There’s only one other roommate, they are super friendly, up for a chat, but also we are totally fine to be in their own space. They’re into good food, good movies, shopping and finding interesting classes or experiences in the city. They moved here from Switzerland for a year, and therefore, are really just into enjoying the culture, and exploring the city.
