📍 Location: Kirkness (Northside)

Spacious unfurnished room (bed + desk fit easily) with nice mirrored closet doors. Lots of bright natural light in the room. Carpets have been recently cleaned.

This is a big 3 storey townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms, large kitchen & dining area, cozy living room space. It’s a lot larger than the photos show. ☺️

🐾 Two toy-sized senior dogs already here — no more dogs, no cats

💰 $575 + 1/3 utilities (utilities range between $120-$140 ish, higher in winter seasons.) 🔒 Damage deposit: $575

We’re a friendly, respectful household and sometimes do shared meals or outings (movies, karaoke, festivals). Looking for someone kind, clean/tidy, communicative and aligned. 🌈✨

We also split costs for shared common household items, like condiments, pantry staples, cleaning supplies/toiletries etc.
