The building is a 5 minute walk from the University of Ottawa, and about a 10-15 minute walk to either the rideau or uOttawa train station
There are many bus stops nearby and one just in front of the building.
Many restaurants within a three minute radius, including Thai express, Starbucks, South St. Burger, and Sushiman just downstairs.
The building wi-fi has never disappointed me, all utilities included.
