Clean furnished bright room with shared bathroom, in a with inner courtyard park views from blacony, abundance of light, and insulated from main road traffic noise. Roomie will share bath with only 1 person. Dining, kitchen, laundry, and balcony is shared by roomies (maximum 3).
5 mins walk to Wilson Subway Station (100 Transit Score), 3 mins to coffee and eats downstairs, 7/10 mins direct walk to nearby shopping mall, coffee etc.
Building has library room, fitness centre, yoga room, sauna room, Wifi (computer) room, green courtyard, rooftop swimming pool & lounge terrace, party room & dining area, BBQ area, and guest suite.

Suits a clean, quiet, non partying student epecially near York University, who respects others’ privacy and enjoys living and maintaining a clean and noise free living. If a female takes up one room first, the other room will be offered to a female. Only single persons occupancy. No extra person, subletting, smoking/ drugs/ addictions, loud music/phone/tv, and business from home.
This place is for Three roomies. Two students and one professional.
I am a finance professional mostly busy, quiet and non intrusive. However I am friendly and cheerful and happy to chat and provide local and travel tips when free, and only if and when the roomie wants.
