With attached bath, in- suite laundry, and shared dining and kitchen. Within 5 mins walk to Wilson Subway Station (100 Transit Score), 3 minutes to coffee and eats. Less than 15 minutes to two big shopping malls with grocery, coffee, banking, movies, bookstores, restaurents, and inter-city bus terminal. Note : The room will come fully furnished with bed, mattress, table, chair, closet etc. One Parking spot available for additional amount.

Share Kitchen, dining, laundry with one other roomie in separate room. Suits a responsible, and friendly professional or student who are respectful of others’ privacy and appreciate and maintains a clean and noise free living for all to enjoy. If a female roomie takes up this room, the other room will be offered only to a female roomie on completion.

Room is only for a single person. No extra person, subletting, smoking/drugs/addictions, loud music/phone/tv, and business from home.

It is a new place under preparation to be shared by only two roomies in separate individual rooms. Rooms will be prepared one by one, starting with this bedroom first. In all there will be maximum 2 roomies only.
