Walking distance to the hospital, college, shops, Cameron Park, and bike paths connecting to the wider city network, including routes to downtown and the lake. Close to the Ethel Street corridor with easy cycling and pedestrian access. LIME e-bikes and scooters are available throughout the neighbourhood, making it easy to get around without a car.

The room is spacious (11’5“ x 14’) and fully furnished with a bed, side tables, dresser, reading chair, large desk with office chair, and shelving.

Shared kitchen, dining, and living areas are fully equipped, including a Smart TV with streaming services (Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime).

Includes utilities and Wi-Fi. $950/month. Flexible start date (May or June). Rental insurance required (~$15–$25/month). Landlord references required.
