The home is a good fit for someone who is responsible, respectful, and appreciates a calm, low-key living environment. A good fit would be someone who is working or studying and enjoys a comfortable place to unwind after the day or focus on studies. Female preferred.

Walking distance to the hospital, college, shops, Cameron Park, and bike paths connecting to the wider city network, including routes to downtown and the lake. Close to the Ethel Street corridor with easy cycling and pedestrian access. LIME e-bikes and scooters are available throughout the neighbourhood, making it easy to get around without a car.

The room is spacious (11’5“ x 14’) and fully furnished with a bed, side tables, dresser, reading chair, large desk with office chair, and shelving.

Shared kitchen, dining, and living areas are fully equipped, including a Smart TV with streaming services (Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime).

Includes utilities and Wi-Fi. $950/month. Flexible start date (May or June). Rental insurance required (~$15–$25/month). Landlord references required.

I have a bright, south-facing room available in my home in the Lower Mission. Great for a like-minded female professional or mature student who appreciates a tidy, quiet, and relaxed environment. The house is low-traffic and private. I live here along with one mature student who has her own level and kitchen, so you and I would be the only ones sharing the main kitchen and living areas.

It’s a great setup if you value having your own space but enjoy a friendly, grounded atmosphere. We have a lovely front yard with fruit trees and a fully fenced backyard that’s perfect for unwinding.We are in a prime spot—half a block from Cameron Park and the Ethel Street bike paths (LIME bikes and e-Scootersare always nearby).

It’s an easy walk to KGH, Okanagan College, and local shops.

The room itself is large (11’5“ x 14’) and fully furnished with a bed, side tables, large desk, dresser, and a cozy reading chair. It has big south-facing windows with views of Mission Hills.
