The building is clean, quiet and has controlled lobby entrance. It is temporary one private bedroom till I move to handicapped accessible 2 bedroom unit then roommate would have their own private room and full use of other areas. I am willing to give reduced rent in exchange for help with household chores that I am no longer able to do. I am looking for someone clean, quiet and will respect their personal space and privacy as much as I need mine. I try to keep as active physically and mentally as possible. I only ask in return that you be honest and reliable. Also like cats! Other than that we can discuss things over a phone call and in person.
No one else lives with me except my cat. Most of the neighbours are okay and keep to themselvres.
