I am renting out a room in my condo located in downtown Toronto from May to Mid-September

This is one bedroom condo which is luxury condo building in the downtown. The washroom, kitchen, and living room are shared. I also live in the apartment and sleep in the living room. I work quite a lot, so I only use the living room in the evenings to sleep.

The ideal tenant should be non-smoking, have no pets, and be respectful of house rules.

The building is a luxury condo in the heart of downtown, conveniently located near all public transportation. Amenities include a gym and swimming pool.

The rent is $1,100 CAD per month, and it includes: • Wifi • Bed sheets • Towels • Basic necessities

First and last month’s rent is required.

This is a one-bedroom condo unit located in the heart of downtown. I work freelance, so I’m typically out during the day. I’ll be staying in the living room, and we’ll occasionally share the closet in the bedroom, though not very often.
