I am renting out a room in my condo located in downtown Toronto from May 5 to February 5. I currently live in the unit and am looking for a male roommate.
The ideal tenant should be non-smoking, have no pets, and be respectful of house rules.
The building is a luxury condo in the heart of downtown, conveniently located near all public transportation. Amenities include a gym and swimming pool.
The rent is $1,100 CAD per month, and it includes: • Wifi • Bed sheets • Towels • Basic necessities
First and last month’s rent is required.

About the roomies
This is a one-bedroom condo unit located in the heart of downtown. I work freelance, so I’m typically out during the day. I’ll be staying in the living room, and we’ll occasionally share the closet in the bedroom, though not very often.
