A master bedroom with a private bathroom and a walking closet is available in my apartment as my current roommate is moving out.

We have an amazing view and you’ll also get to see great sunsets from your room. The building and the neighborhood is good. We have few grocery stores nearby and closer to two streetcars and TTC buses. Closer to the Waterfront

Also, my roommate is selling some of her furniture (bed, desk, chair, etc.), so if you’re interested the room could come partially furnished.

Parking is included at an additional cost.

I’m a clean and pretty easygoing person looking for a roommate who’s respectful and keeps shared spaces tidy. I like living in a calm, comfortable home and I naturally keep things organized, so it would be great to live with someone similar.

I work full-time and will be in office 3/4 days a week. I’m not really into parties at home and prefer a peaceful environment where everyone has their own space and privacy. And I don’t really have visitors a lot so ideally looking for same. At home I mostly just relax, cook meals, and watch tv shows.

Looking for someone responsible, considerate, and easy to live with — someone who treats the home nicely and communicates well.
