This is a bright, private room located on the third floor of a charming three-story townhouse near Greenwood and Danforth. You’ll be sharing the floor and a bathroom with just one other person, giving you a nice sense of privacy. The house is a pre-2018 building, which means the rent is protected by provincial rent control guidelines.

The location is incredibly convenient:

Transit: A two-minute walk to the thirty-one Greenwood bus and a nine-minute walk to Greenwood Station.

Groceries: A local family-owned shop is just nine minutes away, with larger stores like No Frills/Food Basics within a twenty-minute walk.

Perks: All utilities are included in the rent, and we have in-unit laundry. While there’s no central AC, the room handles window or portable units perfectly.

We are a household of roommates in our mid-to-late 20s - two females and one male, looking for someone in a similar life stage. This is a LGBTQ+ safe space where we value open communication and a shared commitment to keeping common areas neat and tidy. Since it’s an older house with thinner walls, we generally keep things at a respectful volume.

We are cannabis-friendly (though we keep the air clear by only smoking/vaping outdoors). You’ll also be sharing the space with a feral rescue cat—she’s quite anxious, so she likely won’t cuddle, but she’ll definitely keep an eye on you from a safe distance! We’re looking for a respectful, clean, and communicative person to join the mix for at least the next year.
