600sqft two bed one bath apartmen located in Centretown. 15min walk from uOttawa campus and 10min walk from Parliament train station. Utilities included(excluding hydro and internet). Shared areas are fully furnished with my items because I’ve been living here but I’m totally open to changes of course! Amenities include central A/C, in-unit laundry, a gym room, mail room, theatre room, and party room/deck.

I am a 20 year old student at uOttawa. I have 2 well behaved, loving, and curious cats. I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy out of respect to each other but I’m not too uptight about it. I am home a lot and I like to stay in my room often. I play electric guitar but not very often and usually unplugged(if not, then with my headphones). I also love to have my friends over. They’re totally kind and respectful but we can get a bit loud and giggly sometimes which is why we often go to the theatre room. I’d love to be friends with my roommate but understand if that’s not reciprocated. I am neurodivergent and have trouble with social cues so I feel it’s necessary to openly discuss communication styles and boundaries so we can both feel comfortable and at home. No hard feelings!
