semi-furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, located a block away from the NSCC IT campus, available starting May 1st 2026. The apartment comes as shown in the pictures, meaning all kitchen appliances and supplies are included, and the living room is fully furnished but the bedroom is not, and you have your own bathroom. We are located on Rosemeade avenue in the north end, in a very safe family-friendly neighbourhood. It’s a 5-minute walk to NSCC IT, an 8-minute drive to MSVU, and just a 20-minute bus ride (route 7A/7B) to Dalhousie. Rent is $975/month, plus wifi and electricity (electric heat) and includes free parking and in-unit laundry. We will all be signing a one year lease, and it is not pet friendly.

My roommate and I are young professionals with busy schedules so so we’re looking for someone clean and responsible, ideally with a similar lifestyle. LGBTQIA+ friendly🏳️‍🌈! We host party sometimes only on specific occasions such as birthday or special life events but other than that, our space and soon be yours are dominantly a quite, serene environment .

Myself specifically, I’m mostly occupied and travel out of the province or country for work. However on my free will. I allocate spending time outside and staying active. I enjoy socializing, running, Hiking and skiing during the winter season etc.
