Summer Sublet (GIRLS Only) – Near UVic (May–August)

Looking for a student or young professional to sublet my room from May 1 to August 31.

The house is located in Gordon Head, very close to UVic, with only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop that goes directly to campus. It’s a quiet and respectful household, perfect for studying or working over the summer.

Rent: $1000/month Utilities: Water, heating, and Wi-Fi included (eveything is included in rent) Move-in: May 1 Duration: 4 months from May–August. You can also move in the earlier starting April 23rd if needed.
