This room is very large. It was a second living room. It has a fireplace and a huge window. It is furnished with a large storage bed, dresser, side dresser, tall dresser, a bar fridge and a freezer. Only missing a queen bed but if needed i can provide one. I have a cat (Scottish fold called Luna) and dog (Chow Chow called Azula) Therefore i do not accept any pets from roommates. I have my 18 month old granddaughter full time as my daughter passed. Due to this I required a vulnerability police check. Internet, hydro, heat and laundry included. May cook meals and do laundry at additional cost.

My older son lives with me. He is 31. I also have another male roommate. They are both quiet. My granddaughter does get noisy when she plays or is frustrated which rarely happens.
