The price does not include the parking spot, however I can transfer the spot to you. It is $120/month.
The room is West facing, with a great view of downtown and the Calgary tower. You will have your own private bathroom, but it is not attached to the room. There is AC and heating controls in the room as well.
The entire unit is a corner unit on the 25th floor, facing West and North. The building is Evolution Pulse in East Village. Great location right beside Superstore, the Riverwalk, Inglewood, Bridgeland, the library, and City Hall station.
Move in available May 2026; if you would like the double size bed frame or the 2m wide standing desk, we can negotiate that as well.
The other room mate is a quiet male who is gone during the days for work. He has a friendly black cat who is very social.
