We have two rooms to rent over the summer beginning mid/ end of April in a quiet clean house. It is a 5 minute walk from MUN and close to church-hill square and Sobeys/other amenities. This is a bright and clean house, including fully furnished bedrooms, living space and kitchen. Laundry, deep freeze, and dishwasher included. This is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath house with 2 rooms available. Rent is $640 POU (electricity & wifi, water is included in rent) . Security deposit is necessary. No smoking or pets, looking for responsible and respectful tenants. Please provide some information about yourself if interested. I would need to know within the week :)
