Seeking a student or young professional to rent an unfurnished room near the Experimental Farm with a young professional (male) working for the public service and a student (male) attending Algonquin. We are quiet and are focused on our work and schooling.

It has a new bathroom & kitchen with a dishwasher, refinished hardwood floors, in-unit laundry, its own furnace/AC (2018) & large front deck, and a good-size back deck in the backyard. The living room is fully furnished. The unit has its own independent heat, hydro and hot water tank. The house is a short commute to Carleton University, Algonquin College, Ottawa Hospital, 417, Dow’s Lake and Downtown!
