A little about home, the available room is the master bedroom which includes a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, soaker tub and double sinks. This room is HUGE. The bed frame in the pictures is a king and the couch is a comfortable triple seater. My wife, our 3 cats, and 100lbs dog fit very comfortably in here! The room would be best suited for a couple that is looking for a short term rental. We’ve got a great big, beautiful kitchen that is fantastic for cooking and has TONS of cupboard space for storage. We’ve got two comfy living rooms and some free space to play with! We don’t have any yard unfortunately but do have a pretty decent sized deck! Washer/Dryer, baseboard heating, and once it gets fixed we’ll have our heated tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. We’ve got a big garage with lots of room for storage. We’ve got one parking spot in the driveway and lots of street parking available out front. We are a short walk from Summit Park and Cedar Hill Golf Course (and walking trail) which are wonderful to explore on a sunny day! Situated right in between Mayfair mall and Hillside mall, it’s an awesome location for anyone on foot, with a bike, or a car!

Now let’s talk dollars and cents. Rent is $1050 per month plus utilities and wifi which are about $90 a month/person. Our landlord is WONDERFUL. Always so kind and quick to respond, she’s the easiest and chillest landlord I’ve ever dealt with, by far! Rent still comes out of my account on the first of the month, so rent would ideally be transferred to me! We moved into this lovely home on Oct. 15, 2019, which means the room would be available from Aug 1, 2020 OR Aug 15, 2020 until Oct. 15, 2020. Although it’s been a wonderful space filled with great people, we are ready to find a place of our own!

The two wonderful humans that would be your roommates (and friends!) are Sophie and Sarah. Sophie works in cabinetry/carpentry and is an avid dirt-biker while Sarah works in massage and is a peacefully balanced yogi! Along with the two of them come their animals, Duke (Sophie’s mid size snuggly male pup) and Sage (Sarah’s adorable/hilarious black male kitty cat). They keep the spaces clean and tidy and would love to find a pal that wants to help contribute to the workload of the whole home! The home is overflowing with love and laughter, so we are in search of someone that will fit into the vibe and to share a cup of coffee, a beer, and a smile with. It is 420 friendly and they love to have friends over for board game and beer nights but definitely aren’t the party type!
