We have two rooms to sublet in our home in the Ward for one person for one year. We are looking for a mindful, communicative, and respectful subletter to fill the bedroom on the main floor and also enjoy the room upstairs from June 1st 2026-May 31st 2027 (a full year with the option for an extension). There are two rooms because there is no indoor storage space so you would have a second room for storage/office space etc. One room is located on the main floor: 8.5’ by 9’ with a fixed loft bed within it The 2nd room is located upstairs and is also 8.5’ x 9’
The rent is $750.00 Wi-Fi: $40 Total of $790 *Utilities are included

There is a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom (with shower and tub). We have a huge (unfenced) backyard that is shared with one other renter (his apartment is separate and behind ours). We have a small outdoor storage shed in the backyard. And, as is mentioned above, you will have a second room upstairs for indoor storage/office space etc. -there is a parking spot outside -there is no laundry onsite but our friendly across the street neighbour is willing to share his laundry facilities for a small cost for the extra energy being used.
