We’re looking for a friendly, tidy, and responsible roommate to join our household. Ideally female, but open to the right fit if things align socially and overall. We’re hoping to find someone interested in a longer-term living situation.

The room is unfurnished and comfortably fits a bed and desk, and includes a large closet with mirrored doors. The home is a spacious three-level townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms, plus a large kitchen and dining area.

🐾 We share the home with two small senior dogs, so we’re not able to take on additional dogs or cats (sorry!) — other pets may be considered 😊

💰 Rent: $575/month + 1/3 utilities (typically around $120–140, higher in winter) 🔒 Damage deposit: $575

We aim to maintain a respectful, clean, and communicative living environment. We’re friendly and occasionally spend time together — shared meals, movies, karaoke, or local events — while still valuing personal space.

We also split/shared household items like pantry staples, cleaning supplies, and toiletries.
