Beautiful room in quiet residential property. Open concept living shared with me, plus a separate den for privacy for either one of us.
About the roomies
I am a female over 50 who is very quiet and does not have parties or noisy guests. Even though I’m a little older, I love young people as I have 4 grandchildren ranging in age from 16-22 with whom I spend a lot of time.
My family lives very close, so they don’t visit much, since I go to their places to visit.
I do not smoke or drink myself, but moderate alcohol consumption is ok.
No cigarette or cannabis smokers, please.
