Hey! I’m a female student looking to sublet my fully furnished room from May 1st – August 30th, 2026 for $733.33/month. I am flexible with the move in dates; from 25th April itself :) This is a 3-bedroom house. My two roommates will also be subletting their rooms for the summer, so you will be living with two other female students. We are looking for a female tenant who is clean, respectful, and friendly :))

Here’s what’s included: Fully furnished room (single bed, drawers, desk, chair, fan, mirror, clothing rack; everything shown in photos), free laundry in the building. All utilities are included!! (Internet is separate).

Parking is available for $100/month. The house has direct bus access to Carleton University (10–15 minutes by a single bus) and uOttawa, and is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and cafés !!

Note: No smoking, no partying, and no pets (as per the landlord’s rules).

I’m going into my fourth year at Carleton studying finance. I live with 2 other females who are in their fourth year, so we’re all pretty focused on school and our own routines. We’re generally quiet and respectful of the space, but we do enjoy hanging out together once in a while; like watching movies in the living room, going thrifting, or hitting up cafés to study :) it’s really chill, and everyone is super nice and easy to get along with!
