The room has NO WINDOW and is on the 2nd floor. This apartment is 2 floors and gets lots of light.

The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. Very quiet. A 5 minute walk to Bathurst Station and 10 minute walk to Spadina, Christie, or Dupont Stations.

This is a super-convenient, safe, and fun location close to all amenities. Great for CLEAN young professionals or mature students. Close to U of T, TMU, and downtown.
