Grace Street

Downtown, ON M6J 2S2

The house is in Little Italy. My flatmate is moving out for his work, so we’re getting an empty spot at our place. It’s conveniently situated between the College W and Dundas W streetcars, just a 10-minute walk to the Christie Pits subway station, a 5-minute walk to Trinity Bellwoods Park, and a 10-minute walk to Ossington Street. This place has 3bed 2bath, and this room is on the upper floor to themselves with an ensuite bathroom. All utilities included except Wifi. This unit is 2-storey (the second floor is the 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and on the main floor there are 2 beds, 1 bath, kitchen, and living room). It’s central heating/AC with in-unit laundry. There’s a Green P parking spot back of the house, or street parking with a city permit is available. Additionally, it’s close to the University of Toronto (St. George campus) , about a 25-minute walk, or 15 minutes by College streetcar, and just 10 minutes by bike. It’s also about 30 minutes from Union Station using public transportation and only a 10-minute walk to Kensington Market.. 25-minute walk, or 15 minutes by College streetcar, and just 10 minutes by bike. Looking for May long weekend move in at the earliest, or June 1st. This is lease assignment - so your name would replace my flatmate’s on our existing lease and your application will have to be approved by the landlord.

We are two laid-back, clean, responsible people looking for a third flatmate who shares a similar respectful vibe. Would love to be friends instead of a place to crash but no push for that ofc! I’m MJ, 29yo currently working on my startup. Big on watching sports games, outdoorsy and enjoy going out for th festivals. My flatmate, Caleb is in his early-20s and he’s studying at the UofT in PoliSci. If you’re interested in joining us, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss the details!
