My roommates and I are looking for someone to move into our house. We would prefer a female housemate, but we are open to students or young working professionals of any gender who are responsible, respectful and tidy. Currently there are 2 female students and 1 male working professional living in the property. We are all quiet, neat, responsible, tidy and follow a simple chore chart to keep the house clean. The house is chill, quiet and there is no drama.
