About the room
This house in South Keys is in an amazing neighborhood with polite and respectful neighbors. The neighborhood itself has lots of trails and parks, so it’s very nice in the summer. This is a female only house with 5 other female university students, so it’s perfect for university students trying to rent their first place!
The house is a 5 minute walk from the South Keys Plaza which has a Walmart, Loblaws and much more. It’s also an 8-10 minute walk from the Line 2 train which will take you straight to Carleton University campus. The train usually takes no longer than 10 minutes to take you there, so the overall commute is never more than 20 minutes.
The room is decently spacious, and it comes furnished with a bedframe, desk and shelves above the bed. It also has its own bathroom right outside with a shower.
About the roomies
All the other roommates are University Students who are all very respectful and kind! We’re not loud at all and we all work together to keep the house tidy! If this sounds like you, please reach out :)
