I own a townhouse in the Oxford area in North Edmonton and im currently looking for a single female roomate. I have a private unfurnished bedroom and it will come with your own private 4 piece bathroom that is down the hall. The townhouses’ shared spaces are all furnished (kitchen, living room, etc). It also has a backyard and a separate balcony patio in the front. The patio is furnished with a patio set and bbq. Has street parking available. No pets. The townhouse is backed behind a business area which makes easy access to convenience stores, food, and services. Most amenities are located within a 6 min driving distance from the house. No lawn maintenance labor is required as it is handled by the condo board.

I am a 26 year old female and I currently live alone and dont have any pets. I do run a small home bakery from my kitchen. Looking for someone who I can vibe with and hopefully build a friendship. My hobbies often include going on walks, going to the gym, listening to music, or spending time with friends. The place would be good for a student or young professional
