We’re looking for two more girls to join our townhouse! There are two upstairs bedrooms available, sharing a washroom. The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and come with closets (unfurnished). All utilities are included, and the house has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We’re also pet-friendly 🐾 The location is super convenient, groceries and other amenities are within walking distance, and there’s a bus stop right outside. There’s no driveway parking, but street parking is available, and we split the permit cost among housemates who have a car.

We’re two working professionals who keep things respectful and fairly quiet, but we’re totally okay with having friends over.
