Cozy, furnished room with a quality single bed and furniture. (green on floor layout) $825 + 30% utilities

***Another alternative is a cozy, furnished room is $875 + 30% utilities. (blue on floor layout picture) Both rooms only share one wall with another bedroom.

+++Utilities include electricity, water, and garbage….your share is 30% of 60% of total household use, averaged over the year for easier budgeting

— your portion will be about $75–$110/month depending on usage. (Downstairs uses wood heat and we conserve heat use, so this keeps costs low for everyone.)

Share a full fridge with one other adult. All living, including the ocean-view balcony, is on one level. Super-easy, carpet-free floor care. (We might invest in a lightly used robot vacumn to make it even easier!).

All-female household. Including you, it will be a maximum of 5 people (three adults, two teens) and indoor cats.

No smoking, vaping, cannabis, or drugs anywhere on the property (including visitors)
