This would be best suited for someone who is respectful, clean, quiet, and easy to live with. Proof of income or current attendance at an accredited college/university is required for landlord approval.
This is a lease takeover due to work relocation. Final approval will depend on landlord approval and a good fit for shared living with the current roommate.

About the roomies
(From the roommate you will be living with) Hey! I’m 24F, have a job at the University Hospital, seldom have friends over, and usually stick to private spaces of the apartment. I have a boyfriend that comes over once or twice a week, but we are quiet and stick to my bedroom unless cooking, and he leaves before quiet time (10pm). I have a cleaning schedule posted on the fridge that me and my current roommate follow for various parts of the apartment. We keep our apartment well taken care of. I’m usually away for work during business hours.
